Step 1
Initial Contact
One of our professionals will contact you to discuss your requirements. Once necessary information is gathered to form a clear understanding of your expectations, we will assess and revert on how we proceed.

Step 2
Meeting
Once it is ensured that we have collected all necessary information and we can start with a shared understanding of the project’s goals a meeting is arranged to identify any constraints, special considerations or hidden problems. Further, gather all the information required to form a clear and detailed picture of your expectations.
Step 3
Quotation
Based on the requirements, timelines and agreed details, a techno-economic proposal will be prepared which will be discussed at a meeting.
Step 4
Contract
Once you are satisfied with the quotation and scope of work, a contract will be formulated outlining all details agreed. This legally binding document ensures all parties are protected. It will cover project scope responsibilities, timelines, payment schedules and terms and conditions.
Step 5
Timetable – Work Plan
A work plan including start and delivery dates will be prepared to serve as a project completion map. This promotes efficiency, allows progress to be tracked and assures quality, what will happen and when.

Step 6
Work in Progress
Project monitoring will be in place throughout the project execution and communicated upon all involved ensuring that work remains on schedule and meets quality standards. Updates adjustments developments will be shared at every stage.

Step 7
Work in Completion
Once project completed and all rectifications have been dealt with, we conduct comprehensive inspection to ensure that standards and specifications are met.
After final approval, the keys to a completed project are handed over, outstanding accounts are settled, and relevant project documentation is provided.
